Pros

Great Pay and benefits but that's all. Great for a person with no family yet.

Cons

No social life. If you have a family you will never be around them. Over work you for your money. Upper management over looks you.

Pros

They pay extremely well, and the hours of operation are pretty great also.

Cons

They will make you earn every sent, with real life blood and sweat. It is by far one of the most physically taxing jobs that I have ever had, and I am a religious athlete and avid runner.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits and vacation time.

Cons

No work/life balance, hours vary too much, and if you get sick you basically have to come in to work. Management is okay but they act like Aldi is life and you're life at that. don't expect get weekends off, very rare that you do,even just one day. Favoritism/seniority is prevalent and not well hidden. If you have an emergency or get sick like stated before, you can't get off unless someone can cover your shift and no one will. Often work 6days straight with no overtime pay,it's not even available.
