Pros

great pay and benifits. off every major holiday. constintly busy. ive read alot of the comments on here about how aldi is a horrible place to work amd all. but i beg to differ when in my interveiw i was told exactly what this job intels which is being a cashier, janitor, stocker, basically everything. and i love it there is aleays something to do and your never left just standing there twidling your thumbs. this job is not for everyone you have to be willing to push youself and do what needs done. if ya cant hack it dont take the job but i lovr it. yes you have to be able to throw a pallet in 20 minutes its not hard yes yoy have to check not hard

Cons

moving up from shift manager to manager in training is hard. the way the pallets come in from the warehouse are very frustrating sometimes

Pros

Aldi gives some very competitive pay. They are off major holidays and close early on a couple of days a year. For the most part you are always in doors. Your allowed to look at other stores for extra hours if you dont feel like your getting enough.

Cons

Aldi is very demanding physically and mentally. There is no down time during a day and your always rushing to keep up with the movement through the day. Usually a total of 2-3 employees working at a time, which inludes myself.
