Pros

Aldi stays with the game and is always coming up with ways to make your job more efficient. Their approach is based on stats and is logical.

Cons

There is a lot of experimentation and changing within the company.

Pros

Not too many pros come to mind but I believe the only pro working as a shift lead is that i’m not stuck on the register all day. My location is small so there’s a max of 2-3 people per shift. One on register, one on the floor as second ringer, and then the shift manager.

Cons

They rotate the district managers quite often. So, I come across extremely unprofessional ones that make it absolute hell to work with. Store managers are quick with favoritism. Also to move up to my shift lead position, I only got a dollar raise for triple the work. I work as much as a store assistant manager and make roughly 4 dollars less.
