No support from upper management, no room to grow, you are over worked and under paid, I was sexually harassed by my manager and when I told my district manager nothing was done and I was punished by being sent to work at another location over an hour away from my house

The only positive is the great health care.

Cons

12 hour shifts with barely any breaks. Constantly adding more work and tasks when its already to much to do. Doing work of higher up management to be paid less than them.
