You will work long hours, you will work hard, an it will beat your body up! Every location is different and upper management is different at all locations. So while overall they try to uphold the same ideals passed down from the corporate level; it all depends on your district and district manager. Most (not all)are young and directly out of college and lack the real world experience to make the job easier on everyone and successful for you. . Communication from corporate is fairly decent, but it gets lost down the chain of command. Very annoying when you're in lower level management and have to redo physically demanding tasks because of improper communication . Not a bad starter management job, but be prepared to be broken down physically (and probably mentally) after several years in. If they even keep you around that long! Longevity, good work ethics, and perseverance are not looked upon fondly. They believe it's better to get younger, cheaper help and will find reasons to dismiss you.
