Fast-paced so days fly by, very physical so you're always moving even when on the register, good pay but you definitely work hard for it

Cons

Skeleton crew so you have to do everything, very high expectations for speed, I got sick A LOT in my ~year with them (never called out, but had frequent colds) and I rarely get sick... Not sure if what the cause was, but this was a big con and red flag for me. Also, little room for advancement. You can't be promoted beyond store manager as all the upper management is hired from outside.
