Great coworkers, decent pay when getting shift pay rate.

Cons

Only make shift manager premium when the manager is not there. The rest of the time you more associate rate of pay. Shift managers and associates do all the work while managers don't work their required hours and sit in the office all day. District managers are only young and attractive, right out of college, and micro manage everything (while not understanding the job). Frequent district manager turnover makes it easy for employee growth to get lost or go unnoticed.
