The benefits. They offered nice things like free food, massages etc.

Cons

There’s no proper on-boarding process for new hires. There’s no room for growth. There’s no mentorship. Working environment is very boring. Managers and supervisors offer no feedback as to how you are doing in the company. There’s a culture of micromanagement. The role itself was not challenging at all.
