Main corporate in Austria very well organized.

Cons

Local management some of the worst I have ever worked with. Favoritism and lies run rampant. You will need eyes in the back of your head. Do not expect professionalism.

Pros

Friendly people, willing to help, if they aren't overwhelmed with work. Casual work environment; uniforms provided.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations with extremely long work days (not communicated during the interview process). 6-7 day work weeks are normal for salaried personnel. Lacks work life balance. Pay is well below market.

Thank you for your comment! We are glad that you enjoyed the casual work environment and had fun working with your team! Also, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences! Since January we were able to solve the problem of a lacking work life balance by making several changes in the management. We at ALPLA are convinced that a healthy balance between work and leisure time is inevitable for great performances. What is more, the 401K plan which matches 100% up to the 6% employee’s contribution is actually seldom in our industry. Nevertheless, we still keep working on improving our compensation program in order to satisfy all our employee’s needs.

Pros

There are no pros unless your sleeping with management! Hostile work environment…supervisors yell, scream and cuss at you!

Cons

They work u to death! No work/life balance! They do not care! They will sell a good game in the interview but it’s lies! I was sexually harassed and not just a little but ALOT!
