Decent company, decent employees

Pros

Good benefits, easy, easy work environment. All very new machines.

Cons

Pay is the biggest downside, and management was a bit amateur. ANY improvement ideas had to come from the front office, if it did or not. Also all proprietary equipment which is a double edge sword in my opinion.

Also, we place high importance on a good and easy, yet productive work environment, that allows each employee to develop and grow on a professional as well as on a personal level. To support this process, ALPLA is implementing a new management program at the moment. What is more, ALPLA has an excellent 401K plan which matches 100% up to the 6% employee’s contribution, which is seldom in the industry. Nevertheless, we still keep working on improving our compensation program to meet all the needs of our employees. The proprietary equipment has actually a lot of advantages as it allows ALPLA to produce plastic packaging of an outstandingly high quality for low prices.

Pros

Teamwork, challenging work yet not so difficult success cannot be achieved.

Cons

Long days, customer is right creates unnecessary hoops to jump through in the schedule. My experience with plant management was poor due to poor leadership abilities and frequent management turnover.

Yes, working for a company that operates in such a fast-pace, dynamic and competitive environment as ALPLA can definitely be challenging, but at the same time it allows our employees to grow on a professional as well as a personal level and keep learning every day. In order to support our managers in improving their techniques, ALPLA is implementing a new management program at the moment that helps them to establish new approaches. This way, we make sure that we keep supporting and enriching all of our employees. What is more, ALPLA focuses on avoiding turnovers and building competent and stable teams that work together on a long-term basis.

I can say that 100 % working environment , as a learning institute for fresher !! Anybody can work without experience also !

Nothing as per my experience what I got in Alpla ! Simply good for me to work out of Alpla !! I just wana say that what I am today if the reason behind is Alpla
