Pros

Great health insurance and benefits.

Cons

Management takes care of themselves and is dishonest with the employees. It is not what you know but who you know. Treatment is not fair and uniform of the employees by management. Nepotism and cronyism is a huge problem at this facility.

Pros

Since GE sold to Alstom it’s been bad.

Cons

Poor salary, management is not trustworthy, they use the golden group of 6 (friends are hired - not friends are fired or let go). You are expected to know the entire company so you hey can put you in a spot. Discriminate.
