Pros

Better pay than most Southern / Eastern European countries. Good health insurance. You can have a stable job on the French Riviera with decent working hours.

Cons

If you're a native, e.g. a Frenchman in France, you can get a higher salary elsewhere. Long notice period, 3 months. If you want to change your job it's very challenging. No career progression whatsoever. Salary review is ridiculous. Employees are seen a products sold to clients.

- Benefits are attractive; - Working with a nice team, feeling connected even within the COVID-19 context; - Good communication from different areas of the business; - Great work location and offices.

Cons

- More clarity on career path and progression opportunity would be appreciated; Not a con but a hope to be able to continue to work remotely on an adhoc basis post COVID.
