      Pros

      Maybe the pay, but that's all I can think of.

      Cons

      If you're salary and they are done with you they will rail road you out the door. They will terminate you. The termination can be wrongful in your eyes but not illegal according to the laws. They do what they can to go o the fence when discharging someone and know enough to not cross that fence so you have no recourse against unjust discharge

      WOW! What a great profit share bonus

      Pros

      We got a 9000$ bonus. The work is easy and management is great. The work schedule is awesome, you can actually get another job while you work there with the 4 on/4 off schedule. they have cookouts all the time at work. It is pretty cool.

      Cons

      The old timers in the Union are a real problem. You can't believe what some people complain about and try to get away with. The bosses try to deal with them some of the time.
