Great colleagues, bosses with sense of humor, flexible scheduling, training and access to acquire CE hours to maintain certifications, chances to advance in certification level

Cons

Broken/missing equipment, rundown ambulances, dispatchers were in another city (sometimes complicated running calls)

Family atmosphere. Hard workers that are generally easy to get along with.

Cons

Nobody is paid enough to do what is required. Very thankless job in this area. Management does the best they can but the patients and clientele make it very frustrating
