Good atmosphere and work environment. Great co-workers. Plenty of overtime possibility.

Cons

Low pay. Mandatory holdover happens almost every day. Few weekend shifts. Mandatory holdovers are too common.

Pros

Very active 911 system. Plenty of overtime. Transport bonus. Trucks are newer. Equipment seems to be improving. Fire department back up on most calls.

Cons

Management does not care about employees, ops supervisor and ops manager are non existent. Over worked although they offer a bonus after so many transports it is not worth it at all. System is always overloaded with calls and never enough trucks. Posting on street corners gets very old and dangerous at times
