It’s a job… pay isn’t enough.

Cons

Benefits are expensive and expensive when you use them. Toxic work environment. Good old boys club mentality which are the only ones that get promoted. Office employees treat each other horribly with no conflict resolution facilitated by management. Unless you’re bootlicker, they don’t care about you. They love to use the corporate buzz words of “family” and “team” but the behavior is never there.

Toxic management. Have to ask permission to fix any problems and sometimes never receive an answer. Drown in red tape. Way to much woke “Just Culture” BS.
