Some of my co-workers were fun to work with.

Cons

boss was abusive and veered so close to sexual harassment I was tempted to engage with a lawyer. Horrible work environment, horrible pay, and horrible leadership. Stay away.

In my 911 system we have fairly new equipment and are able to work side by side fire departments as well participate in community events and be active within the community.

Cons

Just like most agencies in private EMS it is hard to keep a steady influx of employees and some leave to go on to further their career in the medical field. With that it creates open shifts and mandated overtime
