      You get time to complete your reports. You are not rushed to the next call. Part time is flexible. Full time can be flexible depend g on your circumstances

      Not really any cons. Some days you'll get held over your off time but they are pretty good at getting you off on time

      Many people there really do care about providing great service , the issues are more at the senior and executive level.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, reactive as opposed to proactive. Departments are siloed; many hired at lower levels are simply not competent and turnover is high.
