Pros

Relatively higher pay. But not the highest.

Cons

Purposely understaffed, causing crews to be overworked and fatigued. And, when held over for several hours on a consistent basis, when encouraging unnecessary responses, transports, and post moves, and when no attempt is made to give the crews C7 or meal break, we have a recipe for mistakes. Unfortunately, it also has become one for traffic accidents, lethal traffic accidents.

Nicer rigs than a lot of companies, a lot of Sprinters. A lot of schedule flexibility for part-timers. Hire frequently.

Cons

Low pay, management doesn't really seem to care, degrading equipment, high turnover, employees seem to get burned out fairly quickly.
