      Always knew what was expected. Great training. Great teams in the field and in the office.

      Pros

      Most emt's and medics are good people.

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Low pay. penalized on pay if you call in sick or take vacation using PTO time. Management only cares about getting more transports. There online mandatory training even states it is more important to transport a patient irregardless of the patients or families wishes. Remember, you work for a "For Profit Company".
