      Good company to work for. Ability to transfer to anywhere Globally. Great Upward mobility chances.

      Long hours. Can be long periods of time between meals and breaks.

      Pros

      The pros are good experience for first time paramedics. Medics are paired with EMTs and most of the fire departments are BLS. Another is the company is nationwide so you can transfer away after your probation. Monitors are Lifepak 15. They are pretty good about vehicle maintenance. Coworkers are friendly and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Union is weak and management is not employee friendly. Low pay for working a lot of hours in an area that is expensive to live in.
