Busier urban systems offer a way to get experience for entry level and newly certified providers, opportunity for lateral relocations, generally always hiring, largest ems company in the US.

Cons

Less than wonderful benefits, treatment of employees, and pay. Lots of burnt out providers, the corporate strategy is great for shareholders and the business but not the employees. Amr is to EMS as Walmart is to a neighborhood store. Not all operations and providers are the same across the board but the general consensus heard is either work here for initial experience and move on or come in at a management level.
