Pros

Autonomous, great part time job while going to school to further education and career options.

Cons

Definitely did not feel valued as an employee.....just felt like management thought I should be happy just having a job.

Pros

Great co-workers, and ems experience. City and hospitals were enjoyable. Awesome call variety, med control much improved. Protocols have pros and cons but you can definitely use your skills

Cons

Pathetic management, can't blame field supervisor. They have no real power, puppets of management. Upper level will run you and everyone else into the ground. Equipment and supplies were always in disrepair and rarely enough on hand.
