      Pros

      Decent wages and benefits, for the company it is a place you can work three years then transfer to another enjoyable place (company) to work.

      Cons

      Corporate abandonment of employees. Uneducated supervisors. Poor hiring practices. Computer systems designed towards borderline billing practices. Patient care is only as good as the caregiver. The company stresses integrity but the dirty little secret they skirt around it all the time with charting and billing practices.

      Employees have the best intentions for their patients. Wages are decent

      Cons

      Uper Management is unrealistic with goals for Operations. Hold Over policies are not fair to employees. Upper Management does not lead by example.

      The schedule was the only thing I liked about working there.

      Cons

      The company seemed to promote from the lowest common denominator. Favoritism ran rampant through out the company.
