Great entry level for introduction to EMS as an EMT.

Cons

Management truly does not care about the field crews. I'm speaking from being in management. Their attitude is what encouraged me to leave.

Pros

Not your typical IT support role - variety of projects you get your hands on supporting computer aided dispatch. Basically you work 8 full hours a day which includes lunch so in essence you work 7 unless you are required to stay or come in for emergencies.

Cons

Supporting tough books can be monotonous and the crews are rough on the them so failed drives are a common occurrence.
