Pros

The MEDS reporting software isn't that bad. AMR coming to the area raised pay rates for EMS across the board.

Cons

You get held over every single shift. They have treated every employee in the area like trash so no one will work for them now meaning the run volume is absurd.

Pros

911 experience for further advancement in field

Cons

Amr takes advantage of the fact that they run the 911 system in San Bernadino county and the fact that people will work the job for 911 experience and will underpay you
