      Pros

      I really enjoy working with ANB and have grown in tremendous ways since starting a few years ago. I've seen the company implement career advancement opportunities so that people don't have to wait for a job to open up for promotions. My manager and team are very supportive and couldn't ask for a better team.

      Cons

      Systems can be pretty manual which creates more admin work than necessary. The pay is relatively low and but have received good merit increases.

      Pros

      Everyone was friendly and helpful except for the manager. Training was top-tier (Jason is awesome). The company itself means well (they are philanthropic and are branded as a community bank). This bank will suit you if you are really old-fashioned and vanilla.

      Cons

      Can't show tattoos or piercings, extremely underpaid for the role, management sucks. Don't be fooled. She starts off nice but over time ends up rude, cold, and passive-aggressive, and will stonewall you so you can't advance.
