      Years and years of unorganized chaos that just keeps growing. Their configuration management, process control, and quality is down the drain.

      The team is fantastic all the way from management down to the production floor. The work is challenging and fun, very competitive pay, awesome location, and great work/life balance.

      Small growing company with an incredible team. Great work-life balance. Supportive management and opportunities for advancement. Great working location near waterfront and restaurants. Company provided lunches on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Opportunities to travel for work. Great pay and benefits.

      There are no major cons to working at this company. I love the atmosphere, culture and workload.
