Coming from huge architecture firms where you’re just a number, I find it really refreshing to work for and with people who actually care about your well being. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. There definitely isn’t a diva culture here, which is far too common in this industry. People are allowed to take ownership of their projects which is great for individual development and accountability. The open door policy makes it easy to talk to the higher ups. There’s always fun stuff happening in the office that allows people from all the different buildings to come meet each other. I actually enjoy going to work. The company culture is just so fantastic. I’ve met lots of people that have been here for decades, some taking breaks to try out different firms but always returning.

Flexible hours, and great compensation. Much more casual than other firms in the region. A lot of experts in the field of Architecture. Excellent location in downtown Orange with many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Close to the Metrolink station. Easier commute than my previous firm. Good, approachable management. Outstanding office culture and fun events such as First Friday food trucks, design forums, and company picnic. Facilities are in the historical district and have a lot of character. Great pipeline of clients, projects, and work.
