Working here was like walking into a pit of insecurity and toxicity. This company is filled with mediocre people who are desperate to keep their dead-end jobs because no high-caliber firm would ever hire them. They know they’re not talented or intelligent enough to make it elsewhere, so they spend their days pretending to work and tearing down anyone who actually has skill, passion, or creativity. These people are pathetic. They lie, they gossip, and they’ll smile to your face while plotting behind your back. The jealousy runs deep… they can’t stand seeing someone better than them, so they’ll invent fake stories, twist facts, and even blame you for their own incompetence just to make themselves look good. It’s sickening. The environment is toxic to the core. There’s no accountability, no real leadership, and definitely no professional growth. The culture rewards laziness, manipulation, and brown-nosing… not talent or results. If you value your sanity, self-respect, or integrity, do not work here. This place drains good people and protects the worst kind. Run as fast as you can.
