It’s staggering that the director of this interior design studio lacks even basic design competence, consistently fails to understand client expectations, and is clearly incapable of managing the studio. Projects routinely fail because client needs and requirements are either ignored or fundamentally misunderstood. This individual is unreliable, cannot be trusted, and contributes little as a team player. The only people keeping things afloat are those around them, who are forced into passive roles and expected to tolerate dysfunction rather than being led with any level of competence or accountability. Do not work at this studio. You will not learn anything, gain valuable experience, or grow professionally. Instead, you’ll spend every day miserable, navigating dysfunction while dealing with a toxic individual who makes the work environment unbearable.
