Pros

They have great benefits; good health care and also a generous vacation package. Good mission- the goal is enhance safe patient care for perioperative patients

Cons

Poor executive leadership team. Did not communicate effectively with staff. Did not lead by example. There was signficant inconsistency in how HR related issues were handled.

Pros

They have a good PTO, healthcare and 401K plans. The work/life balance is ok as well.

Cons

Basically you are happy there for 6-12 mos., then you realize that the executive team is out for their own gain. They have laid people off and hired for the same exact position within weeks. The people that are in the offices do well for themselves unless they make bad decisions. If you're in a cubicle, don't count on being satisfied with your job for very long.
