Pros

The benefit package is good (PTO, medical benefits). The 401K matching was reduced in 2010, to a minimal employer contribution - no longer competitive. Coworkers all want to do a good job and are passionate about the company's mission

Cons

The senior management is sneaky and deceptive (especially the HR dept). The staff including the management level does not trust or believe the senior management. This causes much backstabbing among all levels. The company has too many Board dictated priorities which forces the workers to be over taxed to accomplish items that have very little value to their members.

Pros

Pay and benefits for employee. Remote work environment.

Cons

Benefits for dependents are expensive. Culture is exclusive - DEI gone wrong. Little to no room for advancement.
