Overtime is the only thing.

Cons

Little to no communication. Company expects you to crap platinum with no help. People they hire don’t last cause of the hours & distance between sites. Give you a crappy mower that wasn’t designed for the job. Management expects you to hand cut basins if the mower(s) are down despite high/hot temperatures. They will complain why sites aren’t done when they know their crews are understaffed & overworked. Sites are absolutely terrible cause the people who are supposed to be working them quit or end up getting arrested; that leaves other crews to pick up the slack. If/when equipment goes down management expects it to be fixed within seconds; despite whether or not part(s) have to be ordered.

The building itself was clean and the paychecks came on time.

Cons

• Parts arrived without labels or tracking, and different people gave different answers about where to log them. • The company had no systems in place for anything. • Work orders constantly changed locations depending on who updated them. • Tools disappeared without any tracking, and protocols changed without clear communication. • Most of my time was spent figuring out what I was supposed to do next instead of repairing anything. • Decisions from above came with no clear direction or timelines, forcing employees to guess what mattered next. • The role became navigating a dysfunctional system instead of performing repairs.

Aqualis has great growth opportunities, through company provided certifications, they also provide great goal based incentives. Management is also very supportive.

Cons

Work load can be stressful at times, but manageable.
