Pros

Large company able to keep install crews busy through the winter

Cons

-Horrible travel policy -Apprentices training other apprentices -Lack of support in the field from office coworkers -poor scheduling methods -Did not meet their obligations as an ABC contractor to allow apprentices on the job training in all required categories.

Coworkers and experience in the field

Cons

They required us to drive long distances with no reimbursement sometimes for an hour of work. They asked us to clock out and stay on the job sit. You move up the ladder if you kiss up to the boss or family of the company and get chewed up and spit out if you work hard.
