Family oriented, flexible, tons of opportunity for growth. The management cares about you. Very competitive wages and benefits. Cutting edge technology in a field that's exploding!
Cons
It's hard work and you need to have a good work ethic. The expectations are high, but that's because the company cares about delivering an excellent product and service.

Pros
Gain ALOT of experience in PV. Company helps pay for education (MREA, Drone, PV). Basic Benefit package. Weekly Pay schedule.
Cons
Travel every week and expected to have your own tools Will not pay for mileage unless you carpool with at least 1 other employee. Terrible pay for a construction style job even per diem does not make up for it (Minimum per diem for the state of WI). Bad communication all around. Semi-toxic work environment.
