There are no pro's to this job. unless you like being overworked and poor pay.

Cons

I would not recommend this place. salary isn't fair, their is no professionalism, the call Center manger doesn't talk with you , she yells and creams and uses inappropriate language. Their is nothing but drama 24/7.

Pros

It was close to a buffet I liked to visit for lunch.

Cons

The management team was crooked and even told the techs to lie to the customers. They were asked to tell the customers their HVAC units were unrepairable and send a high pressure salesman out to oversell them new units. I selected one star because it forced me to.

Was a great company until they were bought out years ago

The schedule was fine and the work was easy to do. Management has changed many times over the years since the original owners sold out years ago.

Cons

Low pay, no weekends off, open 24/7. Insurance isn't that great either.
