Does a lot of internal promoting Continues to try to expand benefits available to employees every year Pays well

Cons

Lacking on follow through with rollouts of different internal programs or software. Although it's a corporate entity there is too much variation across branches. There are some general managers that are really great and involved and others that just seem to coast. I've noticed that in several of the higher management positions as well.

Cons

The offer letter does not state anything other then they are offer you a job. No explanation of benefits, no explanation of commission schedules or how you are going to be paid. It only stated that you can accrue vacation after you have been there 7 months AND that vacation is not paid time off, its personal time off.

Depending on the branch not a lot of people are very skilled causing those who have more experience to spend a lot of time fixing other employees mistakes when that time could be spent procuring more business
