To put it simple, The Commercial Account Representative position is a joke at this location. If you have zero plumbing experience and think this job is for you.. You’ll be disappointed. Techs will give you no respect, Techs will try to undermind you because you share their profits. It’s a very difficult position that has a high turnover rate. Most people that get this position just either give up or management use you as a fall guy when the commercial profit margins are low so they don’t get upper management on their tail. If you want quick income as a transition to another job.... This job is easy to obtain and make good money for 6 months then they reduce your pay. BEWARE!

Bad management not professionals service No skills Of management

Very unprofessional, and not a "tight" operation. Unprofessional management. One of the managers said it was no big deal that a "personal massager" that was clearly in the shape of a man's lower anatomy was brought to the company Christmas party, instead management laughed and handled it. Very lewd.

We are open 24/7 so the business is open all the time

when it is slow you are hustled out the door, drivecameras will monitor the location of your van and if an event is created due to G force, they will see if you are on your phone or not earing a seatbelt

Management unorganized and unaware of business. Once you become targeted they will cut your leads, send you around the world to abandoned houses and folks that can't buy bubble gum

I have no cons to share, I really enjoy working with ARS
