The pay is good for the type of work especially during the periods of overtime. The bosses are fair as long as you do your work and pay attention.

Cons

Environment can be hot and dirty. Sometimes the forced overtime lasts awhile.

Pros

You can go just about anywhere within the company in a short amount of time. With some planning you can make moves that will set you up with a solid salary and decent vacation time. You're off two weeks over the summer during a shutdown period, and off for nearly every major US holiday paid vacation.

Cons

While the company has a lot to offer on the surface, its pretty superficial after that. The leadership is abysmal at best and hardly any of them value their employees even from a professional standpoint. And the company turnover rate is AWFUL and this was before Covid-19 they can't keep managers, or floor employees more than a few months at most. The job pays but when you aren't treated appropriately, why bother staying has been the general consensus from those that parted ways with the company.
