There is no catastrophe pay. So in case of ANY emergency, you have to use YOUR vaca and sick time even if someone else causes the warehouse to shut down. They do not care for the actually grunt workers. Yes there are bonuses but what's the point of the bonus when we are not getting paid what we are supposed to anyway? Covid-19 hits and they have absolutely no protective equipment until it is too late. You can definitely tell the company cares MORE about the money the company makes than the actual grunt worker employees.
