Pros

At our location we had a strong team and our clients were/are awesome. We all (staff and clients) bonded through good and bad experiences. We grew at our location as a result. I learned a lot from everyone.

Cons

It was a new building and there were a lot of unanticipated issues. Middle management is overworked. Care staff suffers as a result.

Upper management, pay scale, staff appreciation or lack of from higher up, local manager were great, set you up for failure, medical level of clients, director tells lies and changes situations to suit her agenda

Gosh! I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with the management of the program. I know that the level of care we provide and the clients we serve are not the norm in this field. We pride ourselves on the fact that we can make rehab - and daily life - accessible and available to individuals with incredible need. That's what we do! But, it's not for everyone.
