Management puts on a good act and leads families to believe they are passionate about clients’ rights and dignity, but not true.

Upper Management does not care about the employees, constantly talking down to them, giving one building gift cards but not another building giving the impression of favoritism. Management always playing the blame game to save their own necks. Upper management picks favorites and will do anything in there power to terminate someone if she doesn’t like them. Targeting due to political points of view. Major targeting to racial minorities. Management gives orders “to not hire black people”. I feel bad for anyone who works there. Would NEVER return nor refer someone to this company. Clients don’t get baths on a timely manner, complaints are usually swept right under the rug (once again to protect managements necks). Worst company I have ever been employed by. HR was notified but no action was done. I am much happier in life now that I am employed elsewhere!
