Pros

Great history Casual work environment Flexible Working for the international brand Product discount Gym and cafeteria Opportunity to work with global team

Cons

Lack of leadership everywhere No direction Too many changes in the upper management No transparency Good people and hard workers are leaving Favoritism (don't be fooled by the titles.) Some teams have a bunch of people but some team has a few people. You will have to do EVERYTHING if you fall into those team.

Pros

Great product and healthy work environment. Global company with wide reach into key markets, which provides for great career growth.

Cons

Inconsistent company and brand direction. Japan HQ's don't trust American top management. Decisions at top not best for the business. Massive lay-offs at OC office. Downward trend in global sales.

Worst company - CEO is a liar

Pros

They have thirsty Thursday events occasionally and you get 50% off.

Cons

Company is definitely moving to Boston and slowly laying off teams, culture is hostile and everyone is afraid of losing their jobs, work ethic is poor, they hire under qualified people, etc.. Management often promotes people who do not deserve it and men are more likely to move up than women.
