Pros

Management is great, other employees are also a lot of fun! The environment is very friendly and inviting. In terms of work it's a lot less chaotic than working at Nike or Under Armour and it allows you to directly interact with customers which is incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Had to work a lot of weekends - this stems from not being able to fill all positions though. Sometimes leads to scheduling being tough

Pros

Great working environment where most of the team is very passionate about what they do and of course sports. Especially running. The company is going through a massive expansion in Europe so there is a lot of potential for promotion not only in your country but anywhere in Europe. 50% staff discount as standard.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the uniform. You do not get one unless you are working on the shop floor.

Cons

Some apparel merchants are allowed to run rogue & delay calendar causing undue stress & excessive long work days for interfacing teams: design, development & production-- The interfacing teams received no support fr executive management.
