Cons

Pay could be more competitive, very hard to hire part time work. Much lower pay compared to other stores at the mall. Allocations is not consistent and they frequently over/under sku stores. No paid maternity leave.

Very unprofessional peers Gossiping is a very strong culture Growing is about liking people night places, it seems like Asics doesn’t know what is merit is for They marketing strategy is base to mouth to mouth campaigns, they don’t want to spend money on events, but they want get the benefits from. Very rude and unethical upper management.
