Pros

Not a lot of pros. Money was ok.

Cons

SMT is ridiculous and likes to place blame or send semi threatening emails. No accountability at all. CEO has fostered a toxic environment. Signage stating “ we love our people” is grossly misaligned and inaccurate. People Team and HR - what a joke, right?. If they could make up a position for someone in SMT and slap a ridiculous title with that… then they do it. Constant changes without employee input. But hey…. They are ASM1 and they love their people🤣🤣🤣
