Engineer disfunction

Pros

Some very smart and knowledgeable engineers work across the company.

Cons

Forget striving for a work life balance. A lot of finger pointing occurs in an attempt to justify why deliverables are not being met. No planning and no software development processes exist. Engineers are silo'ed creating a non-collaborative environment.

Toxic culture and uncaring management lead to suffering

No Pros... worst company. Toxic work culture. This company doesn't consider employee's as assets

Cons

New management doesn't care about employees - the CEO has no compassion for employees. They want you to work like a slave and do double work for minimum pay. The CEO is rich, so he doesn't care if employees suffer or not.

Pay is pretty good for employees

Cons

Management is awful. Culture is awful. Communication and expectations are unclear for employees.
