      Pros

      Great benefits, great teams to work with, Work is challenging which for me is a plus.

      Cons

      No company direction from Senior leadership, Work life balance does not exist. Women in leadership are not respected and soon leave. Employees are not empowered, many are not held accountable. Remote work was stopped but more than 50% are still working remotely. Toxic company culture for most.

      The only perks were several co-workers. Daily discussions on how bad the recruiting process is.

      Executives feel free to demean anyone and everyone.
