      Terrible culture that keeps getting worse

      Pros

      Nice people in the past but not so with the new management in the Singapore site The previous senior management ( who have all since been made redundant ) were indeed nice people !

      Cons

      4 days mandatory work from office Poor leadership Blatant masked layoffs keeps everyone on edge Clear lack of culture and no adherence to ACE values from top leadership CSuite likes to rule by fear and intimidation Singapore site does not have a voice at the global stage Any grievances are brushed under the carpet by the HR team here who are incapable of championing employees rights At the senior leadership level globally , they choose to hire their friends and this breeds a culture of “gentleman” club
